Return Policy

Sometimes you think you'll like the item you ordered over the internet, but somehow it just doesn't work. I want to work with you and here's how.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the piece(s) at your expense for a full refund, less the initial shipping cost, within 10 days of the received date.

If you receive the piece(s) you ordered and they are damaged, you must call me at (570) 730-7251 within 24 hours and save the packaging so that it may be inspected by the carrier. You will be responsible to have the packaging and piece available for inspection. Thereafter, I will issue a call tag at my expense and have the piece(s) picked up.

Special note:

I want you to feel confident ordering from me. This is why I will refund your money within 14 days if you are not satisfied with my work. Please note I’ve only had one return since I started as the customer simply changed her mind.
